Original scientific and professional papers must be original, unpublished contributions, and must not be under consideration by another journal simultaneously.
Authors bear full responsibility for the content of their contributions and for obtaining any necessary consents related to the publication of certain data.
Reviewers are expected to report any breach of publication ethics or conflict of interest before publication and to pay particular attention to possible cases of plagiarism, dual submission, or duplicate publication.
For detailed ethical guidance, please refer to: http://publicationethics.org/resources/guidelines.
Publication Ethics and Malpractice Statement
The Journal follows the Code of Conduct recommended by Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).
Authorship Changes
Requests to add, remove, or reorder authors must be approved by all authors and submitted to the Editorial Office before publication. After publication, authorship changes are generally not allowed, except in exceptional cases with clear justification. All requests are handled according to ethical guidelines and COPE recommendations.
Correction of Published Data
Authors are responsible for the accuracy of the information presented and for obtaining any necessary approvals for publication. Before publication, the corresponding author receives a digital proof to review and return with any corrections within three working days. If a significant error is discovered after publication, the authors must notify the Editorial Office. A correction (erratum) will then be published in the next issue.
Retraction of Published Papers
If the authors identify a serious error that affects the validity or reproducibility of their results, they may request retraction of the paper. Such papers will be clearly marked as “retracted by the authors,” while the original online version remains accessible.
If editors, reviewers, or readers detect unethical practices (e.g., plagiarism, falsified data, duplicate publication), the Editorial Board may retract the paper with the note “retracted by the editors.”
All procedures follow the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) Retraction Guidelines.
